Feeding Requirements

• DOGS are fed twice daily unless requested otherwise.
• CATS are fed twice daily.
• KITTENS and PUPPIES will of course be fed as necessary.
• Catering for the 'fussy eater' to the elderly.
• Fresh drinking water is always available and is changed frequently.

Insurance
Pets are covered by pet plan insurance, this excludes all pre-existing conditions.

Vaccinations
Before pets are admitted they must have had the relevant vaccinations. Discuss this with your veterinary surgeon if you are unsure...
Opening and Inspection Times

Opening Times
Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm & 3pm - 6pm / Weds - Closed.
Saturday 9am - 4pm / Sunday 11am - 4pm
Pets can be dropped off / collected within these times. However, if it is possible for you to bring your pet early on the day of arrival, they are likely to settle better.

Viewing Times
You are welcome to view, but to enable us to provide you with the most attention by Appointment only WEEKDAYS or between 11am & 3pm SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
